  • The student must attend in time prepared himself for the class minutes before it starts.
  • The student who comes late leaves a bad impression on the teacher, so, please attend in time.
  • In case the student did not come in time, the teacher should wait for him/her for 15 minutes. If the student does not show up during this period, he will be marked as absent and will not have the right to ask for a compensation class. If the student comes during the mentioned period, he will resume the class to the end of the scheduled time.
  • If the teacher does not attend in time, the student has to contact the support to find out the reason behind his absence and solve the problem quickly. If the teacher attends late, he/she shall grant his/her students the exact time of delay as compensation. In case the teacher never attended, we shall rearrange a compensational class to the students within one week at the student convenience.
  • Sometimes a substitute teacher exists and provides the same curriculum which is followed by the main teacher (in a case of special conditions, such as; teacher’s sickness, traveling or internet problems).
  • We try to decrease changing the teacher completely as much as we can, however, sometimes this happens.

  • In case the student does not want to attend for any excuse, he has to contact the support at least 8 hours before his scheduled time. In this case, we will cancel the scheduled class and the student has the right to arrange a compensational class within two weeks after the canceled class.
  • If the student does not inform the support about his intention to be absent 8 hours before the scheduled time, the class will be considered as canceled and the student has no right to ask for a compensational class.
  • The student has the right to cancel only 2 classes during the month. In case the student needs to quit his classes temporarily for a longer period, he has to call the support to inform them of the period he wants to suspend his classes and to mention the reason behind the suspension then wait for the support’s response.
  • If the student encounters a problem prevents him from contacting the support 8 hours before the class, he should inform the support as soon as possible to try to rearrange a compensational class for him. ( A reasonable problem and not repeated)
  • There are no extra fees for the compensational classes and in the case of absence, money is nonrefundable. (please check cost section below)

  • The relationship between the teachers and the student must be professional and full of amicability at the same time. For younger students sometimes the entertainment side increases, but mainly restricted to the course.
  • Irrelevant matters to the course should not be discussed and involving someone to discuss something not related to the main course is not allowed.
  • Students and teachers are strictly forbidden from asking each other any personal information or asking for gifts, loans, services, contact information, addresses, or anything like this. If it happens from the teacher’s side, the student should inform us immediately.
  • You should commit to the methods provided by Araby Academy to take the class and you should not violate the rules.
  • You should commit to the previous items firmly and if the student violates an item, Araby Academy has the right to take the appropriate procedures and disclaim its responsibility in case of student’s loss or damage.

  • At the beginning of any course, the student starts with a trial week.
  • The trial period is maximum one hour and a half and it is divided into 3 different days within one week. So the class is half an hour.
  • The trial period is free to students. The payment starts before the first class after the first week of registration. The legitimate period starts after the first month. It is about 10 days which students receive several notifications about the payment if non-paid.
  • The billing cycle is every four weeks from the beginning of the first day of student’s class until his suspension or termination of his classes.
  • Once notifying the student of the bill, the amount is due payment. In the case of nonpayment, the student will receive various notifications and his classes will be suspended after the legitimate period (10 days starting from the due time of payment). We don’t ensure the continuation of the same schedule with the same teacher with the student in this case because there are a lot of students on the waiting list.
  • The absence problem is only solved by the compensational classes not by returning of funds for any reason. Also, there are no additional fees for the compensational classes; they are free of charge as mentioned above.
  • Refunds are only paid just in case the student wants to terminate his classes ultimately and he has numbers of classes remaining in his schedule. (Management should be informed of the termination at least 3 weeks earlier).
  • In case the student doesn’t bear the cost of the course, he can contact us to inform us about that, as much as we can we will arrange for him a schedule that does not conflict with our working conditions.
  • Araby Academy has the right to modify or change the payment policy and also expenses adjustment. You will be notified before this happens.

  • Sometimes some classes may be recorded to ensure quality and to enhance the service or to use it in marketing.
  • The student is not allowed to record any of his classes without permission from Araby Academy.
  • This page is considered as a contract and agreement between students and Araby Academy and we disclaim any responsibility of using our website or services in any harm or abuses.
  • This page may be updated at any time, so we advise you to read it from time to time.
